About TECC Africa
16 years of infrastructure delivery. One integrated partner for Zambia's most demanding construction environments.
TECC Africa Infrastructure Limited traces its roots to 2008, when it was originally founded as Tec-Com Connections — a specialist in telecommunications and connection infrastructure serving the growing Zambian market. Over the following decade, the company expanded steadily, adding technical disciplines and building operational capability across multiple sectors.
In 2018, the company was formally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under Zambian law, marking a significant milestone in its corporate evolution. This restructuring enabled TECC Africa to pursue large-scale government tenders, mining sector contracts, and multi-million Kwacha infrastructure works that were previously beyond its institutional capacity.
Today, TECC Africa operates as a full-spectrum infrastructure group with divisions spanning general construction, civil engineering, roads, steel fabrication, fire and security systems, and labour hire — positioning it as one of Zambia's most versatile infrastructure delivery partners.
Established as a specialist telecommunications and connection infrastructure company serving Zambia's growing market. Initial focus on technical installation and connectivity works.
Strategic diversification into civil engineering and general construction, responding to increasing demand from mining and government sectors in the North-Western Province.
Establishment of Solwezi operational base, positioning TECC Africa at the centre of Zambia's critical copper mining region and securing major contractor relationships.
Formal incorporation under Zambian company law, enabling participation in large-scale government tenders and DFI-backed infrastructure programmes. Full ZPPA and ERB registration achieved.
Operating six integrated service divisions with presence in Lusaka, Solwezi, and North-Western Province. Delivering infrastructure solutions for mining, government, commercial, and industrial clients.
