TECC Africa operates under a formal safety management framework aligned with Zambian health and safety regulations, ensuring zero-harm outcomes for our workforce and client environments.
All staff receive site safety inductions, PPE, and ongoing training. Toolbox talks, incident reporting, and daily safety briefings are standard practice on all projects.
Full adherence to the Zambia Occupational Health and Safety Act, Employment Act, and all relevant industry-specific regulatory requirements across our service divisions.
Each project is assigned a designated safety officer and site manager. Quality assurance checklists and inspection records are maintained and available for client audit.
